Faroeste Caboclo é o primeiro longa-metragem de René Sampaio, adaptado da canção homônima da Legião Urbana e produzido pela Gávea Filmes, em coprodução com República Pureza e Fogo Cerrado. Raquel Valadares assumiu o “making of”, filmando desde as reuniões de roteiro até a sessão de lançamento do filme, editando e publicando semanalmente vídeos em um blog da produção. Hoje, esses vídeos podem ser vistos no canal youtube do longa. Ademais, o material do “making of” foi utilizado em muitas peças da distribuidora, servindo a matérias promocionais em vários canais de televisão. Brazilian Western is René Sampaio’s first feature film, based on the homonymous song by Legião Urbana and produced by Gávea Filmes, together with República Pureza and Fogo Cerrado. Raquel Valadares has then taken care of the “making of”, filming since the early script meetings until the film’s premiere, editing and uploading videos weekly to the production’s blog. Today, these videos can be watched at the the film’s youtube channel. On top of that, various TV channels have showcased “making of” materials when promoting the film.
